As a Student Intern at Nestle Ghana Limited, I analyzed marketing data and prepared reports to track the effectiveness of marketing and campaign initiatives. I coordinated marketing efforts with the marketing team and other departments, while supporting customer communication through inquiries and responses.

In my current role as a Work Supervisor, I supervise a team of sales representatives, provide guidance to achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service standards. I also manage stock levels, train staff on communication and problem-solving, and apply customer focus and strategic thinking to resolve issues efficiently.
