I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can grow in customer support, handle calls responsibly, and keep accurate records—while applying my communication and teamwork strengths to improve customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer support specialist-in-training with a background in Public Relations With Digital Communication, graduating with an academic standing of First Class (4.18/ 5.0). I’ve led and represented others through roles like Part Time Students Representative, and I’ve supported impact-focused initiatives such as “Raising Awareness on men’s Mental Health” and peaceful elections advocacy.

In customer support roles, I managed daily inbound and outbound calls for ECG, resolved inquiries on first contact to reduce follow-up calls, and accurately documented interactions into the company database to improve response tracking. I also strengthened my operational work style during my Shipping Department industrial attachment, assisting with scanning, archiving, and organizing export documents and preparing DHL dispatch packages—bringing careful attention to detail to every task.
