I seek a remote customer service role where I can leverage communication, problem-solving, and operational skills in a collaborative, service-driven environment.

I am a customer-focused professional with over 10 years of combined experience in client-facing, operational, and administrative roles, trained in Human Resource and Information Studies.

At SSNIT I managed access control, resolved disputes, and served as the first point of contact for the public, maintaining incident logs and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Previously, as Operations & Guest Relations Manager at Regcom Hostel, I oversaw daily operations, managed bookings and financial logs, and hired, trained, and supervised staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
