I’m looking for a role where I can own customer issues end-to-end, handle high-volume inbound calls/chats, and support digital onboarding with strong EQ Bank product knowledge—while working with autonomy, empathy, and continuous improvement.

I’m a customer care professional with 2+ years of inbound call and multi-channel customer service experience, backed by a Bachelor of Arts in Financial and Business Economics (In Progress). I bring strong banking product knowledge and a clear “own the issue” mindset—fielding high volumes of inbound calls and chats, delivering first-contact resolution, and driving escalations to resolution when needed.

In my self-employed role, I owned the digital onboarding experience for new community members and product customers—guiding them through setup and troubleshooting in real time, communicating status updates to stakeholders, and handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
