I am a results-driven techno-functional consultant with over 5 years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across public sector, NGOs, and enterprise environments. I translate regulatory and operational requirements into secure, user-centric digital systems.

I design and implement intelligent workflow automation, rule-based case routing, and integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate, and I extend platform capability with plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripting.

My experience spans full solution lifecycles—from requirements gathering and solution design to low-code development, CI/CD deployments with Azure DevOps, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support. I’ve built case, contract, legal, and service-request management systems and integrated Power BI and SharePoint for reporting and document management.

I collaborate closely with stakeholders, lead end-user adoption and training, support presales and proof-of-concept work, and mentor team members to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
