At Istanbul Chamber of Industry, I coordinate a vocational education and labour market programme with schools, government partners and industry. I turn legislative and funding developments into executive briefings and member guidance.
I evaluated 116 proposals under the Atilla Altuntaş Project Support Scheme, with 25 projects funded. I also tested whether vocational school admission scores were related to graduate employment in the field of training; finding no significant correlation gave the programme evidence against selectivity criticism.
At Habitat Association, I managed post-earthquake recovery programmes in Hatay, Kahramanmaraş and Malatya. I designed monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning frameworks and brought field data, expenditure and beneficiary feedback together for donor reports.
My work also includes policy research on Turkish foreign policy, migration and technology policy, including a seven-page briefing on the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. I use quantitative methods and tools including R, Python, Stata, SPSS and SQL, and write in English and Turkish.
