In my current Customer Advocate role at a Domestic Violence Shelter, I manage incoming calls, conduct intake processing, and maintain accurate client records. I resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, complete data entry and case documentation with attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive situations.
Earlier experience includes a call center position where I followed company guidelines and scripts, entered and updated customer information in systems, and adapted my communication style to meet diverse needs. I also support children through safe, structured care—planning educational and recreational activities, assisting with homework, and communicating with parents and staff to ensure consistent service.
