I'm looking for a remote client success role where I can own account health, improve onboarding and adoption, resolve escalations, and build long-term client retention and growth.

I've managed premium client relationships at Etihad Airways, healthcare software onboarding at Romanian Soft Company, and client portfolios through Siri Imob. At Siri Imob, I own account health for up to 15 clients and sustain a 90% retention rate while expanding a rental relationship into a multi-property sales mandate.

I build structured onboarding and success plans, translate client needs into internal action, and resolve sensitive escalations with a solution-first approach. I also bring hands-on HubSpot CRM, AI-assisted documentation, training, compliance, and cross-functional coordination experience across aviation, SaaS, and real estate.
