I’m looking for a mission-driven, fast-paced team where I can own program operations, coordinate stakeholders, and drive client success—using organized workflows, clear communications, and dependable follow-through from planning through delivery.

I’m an operations-minded professional with 10+ years of experience across program management, client relations, communications, community engagement, and creative operations. As Founder of RioViisuals LLC, I manage projects from discovery through delivery while serving brands, nonprofits, and public organizations.

I’m known for building relationships, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining organized workflows, and delivering results in fast-paced environments. In my Program Manager & Media Director role, I led community programs and outreach initiatives while managing Salesforce tracking, resident case workflows, follow-up, and reporting.

Whether it’s coordinating events, vendors, nonprofit partners, and community campaigns or producing public-facing communications and storytelling content, I stay accountable to deadlines and client satisfaction. I also bring outreach and enrollment support experience from my Sales Consultant work, plus intake, documentation, and milestone tracking experience from program management.
