I'm looking to bring my entrepreneurship, operations, customer engagement, data analysis, and strategic thinking to new challenges where I can identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and contribute to growth.

Since 2017, I've managed daily operations and led the team at Ζαχαροπλαστείο Ασπρούδης, our family-run pastry business in Athens.

I've created growth and marketing strategies, presented business plans for expansion, and used SWOT and competitor analysis to identify market gaps, new locations, and positioning opportunities.
