I’m a finance-focused executive with deep experience in investment funds. treasury, financial management, and compliance across investment and operational environments. I’ve built and led teams, launched investment funds, and implemented process and software changes that improved reliability and performance.

Early in my career, I served as Financial Manager and CEO at BRD Asset Management SA, where I launched four investment funds and led the implementation project of “Equitas” (fund management software framework). I implemented and applied IFRS across the management company and the managed funds, and I coordinated reporting, audits, Net Asset Value calculations, and daily sensitive accounting supervision.

Later, I shifted into operations and transport management—founded and grew Transport Bon Sur SRL to a turnover over 600.000 euro p.a. I ensured compliance with European transport legislation, handled financial management including budgeting and treasury, and delivered cost optimization (average 10% p.a.) through structured evaluation and reporting.

Most recently, I supported mobile service quality as a Technical Support Analyst at Ericsson in Bucharest, monitoring alerts, dispatching intervention units, and piloting fixes for power supply and environment-related issues.
