I've led people management consulting at Sincrony since 2006, partnering with organizations including Norske Skog, Docol, Caixa Econômica Federal, and FGM Produtos Odontológicos on culture, leadership, succession, and talent strategy.

At Embraco, I drove executive development across Brazil, Mexico, the United States, Italy, Slovakia, and China. I supported global leaders with succession planning, executive recruitment, expatriate mentoring, competency mapping, and organizational effectiveness.

At Nutrimental, I built and managed HR, HRBP, compensation, and people development areas during rapid growth. The people management case achieved approximately 500% profitability growth and helped earn recognition among Brazil's “100 Best Companies to Work For.”

I've also taught postgraduate programs in leadership, people management, managerial development, resilience, and productivity. I created LGE Sincrony, an online multigenerational leadership course available in 188 countries, and continue learning through digital business and AI programs.
