I am an executive consultant with over 15 years of experience advising startups and SMEs on people strategy, organizational design, and leadership development. I founded Oportuna Consultoria to help companies structure talent acquisition, assessment processes, and leadership practices for sustainable growth.

My work combines behavioral analysis, executive coaching, and process design to drive cultural transformation and scalable people operations. I have led administrative, financial, and people management functions as a director and head of people, and I act as a strategic leadership partner.

I hold an MBA in Human Development Management and multiple certifications in behavioral analysis (DISC, PDA, PAT), and I am comfortable working in Portuguese and advanced English.
