What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead HR strategy and transformation in an international environment—driving change management, talent development, and M&A people integration, while partnering closely with leaders to deliver measurable business and employee-experience results.

I’m a Human Resources Executive with broad experience across all HR areas, bringing strong generalist depth and a track record of high-performance people leadership. I’ve built and led HR strategies with international exposure across Europe, Latin America, United States, and Africa, across different industries.

In my current role as Human Resources Leader at CTG Brazil - China Three Gorges Corporation Group, I’m responsible for end-to-end HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Compensation, Health Management, Benefits, and Internal Communication. I lead HR projects focused on improving efficiency and results—covering HR strategy, process review, and both short- and long-term compensation strategies—and I oversee HR topics during acquisitions.

Previously, as Head of International Human Resources at Eurofarma, I owned the HR function and strategy for an international area spanning 20 countries and 2,500 employees. I drove HR aspects across international M&A (valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and post-integration), led Diversity and Inclusion efforts, and partnered with international HR teams and business leaders on People Development, Talent Mapping, and Succession Planning.

Earlier in my career, I served as Human Resources Director for LATAM at Ceva Santé Animale and AFRY (former Pöyry), where I led staffing, talent mapping, people development, compensation, HR operations, and benefits management. I’ve also designed and deployed Leadership Development and talent programs (competency frameworks, succession planning, performance cycles, engagement surveys), implemented change initiatives, and provided coaching for strategic business leaders—often with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
