I’m a commerce and MBA student focused on HR & Finance, and I’m motivated by opportunities where I can turn analysis and communication into real organizational impact. My education has shaped how I think about people, performance, and business needs, while strengthening my ability to learn quickly and adapt.

Through my projects, I’ve applied research and analytical thinking to practical workplace questions. I studied “work stress and it’s impact on employee performance,” examining factors affecting productivity, job satisfaction, and workplace efficiency, and I also researched “consumer buying behaviour toward Mamaearth product,” focusing on customer preferences, purchasing decisions, brand perception, and buying patterns.

I’ve also gained exposure through internships with D2D International Private Limited, Litz Tech India Private Limited, and Kinsey Knitt International (garments manufacturer and exporter). I bring a reliable working style—strong “team work & collaboration,” “time management,” and “adaptability”—and I’m comfortable working with “MS Office,” “TYPE WRITING (ENGLISH),” and “TALLY PRIME.”
