I'm seeking learning and development, assessment, HR, or organisational consulting roles where I can apply psychometric assessment, competency mapping, quantitative research, and talent advisory experience.

At ThreeFish Consulting, I transformed Hogan Assessment data into executive leadership profiles, identifying strengths and derailment risks to support talent decisions across five-plus industries. I also contributed competency-mapping outputs for hiring and succession planning and created client-facing consulting materials for Fortune 500 organisations.
