I'm currently leading ERP modernization and AI-enabled delivery at STRATA Manufacturing PJSC in Abu Dhabi, UAE including an AED 7M SAP S/4HANA public-cloud implementation. I've also delivered an AED 2M supplier relationship management portal, system upgrades across Dassault PLM, CMS, and Odoo, and Azure migration and disaster-recovery initiatives.

At Emirates, UAE, I orchestrated Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery across HR and flight-operations portfolios. I delivered a AED 2.5M case-management solution and managed a AED 2M employee loyalty initiative through vendor selection, commercial evaluation, and controlled rollout.

Earlier, at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, I led a USD 10M government digitization program for omnichannel citizen services and compliance analytics. Across roles at ArisGlobal, Dimension Data, JSW Group, Unisys, Goldman Sachs, IBM, and ISI Dentsu, I've governed large technology portfolios, managed services, infrastructure, cloud migrations, and enterprise delivery teams.

Over 25 years, I've built PMO rigor, strengthened vendor governance, managed risk and dependencies, and translated business priorities into scalable technology programs across aerospace, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, and public-sector environments.
