I'm looking for on-site, hybrid, or remote opportunities where I can lead ICT or digital-platform delivery, strengthen PMO governance, improve customer outcomes, and scale adoption through structured stakeholder and client-success leadership.

At e& (Etisalat), I lead enterprise MSP delivery across DaaS, SaaS, ISO, NOC and Data Center solutions valued at AED 7M+, reducing delivery time by 20% and improving SLA compliance from 79% to 96%.

I build governance that turns program complexity into clear decisions, using risk registers, PMO dashboards, MTTR reporting and executive briefings to manage scope, budgets, vendors and customer impact. I also develop strategic partnerships with government entities and free-zone authorities that create qualified pipeline.

Previously at HiDubai.com, I delivered the first digital MVP and onboarded 500+ SMB customers, built the customer success model, and trained 80+ interns in engagement, onboarding and retention. My background spans AI applications, cybersecurity fundamentals, CRM automation, API/RPA integration, customer enablement and multi-country sales operations.
