I'm looking for a Dubai-based, customer-facing aviation programme management role where I can lead local delivery, coordinate global teams, and manage complex cost, schedule, risk, and governance requirements.

I've led customer-facing aviation transformation programmes for flydubai and Etihad Airways, bridging airline leadership with distributed technology teams and delivery partners. At flydubai, I managed multi-workstream portfolios spanning cost, schedule, risk, governance, and vendor performance.

I built a 245-formula MS Project master schedule integrating Azure DevOps, coordinated 121 integration points across five workstreams for an OCI DR migration, and delivered within a constrained cutover window with zero production disruption. I also delivered Etihad digital programmes serving 14,000+ employees, including outcomes of 50% service improvement and 60% processing reduction.
