What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build 0→1 AI, marketplace, SaaS, or consumer products where I can use research, data, pricing, and experimentation to solve trust, activation, retention, and growth problems with cross-functional teams.

I've built 0→1 products across Sportstech, ReshaMandi, and LionCircuits, spanning B2C subscriptions, B2B/B2C marketplaces, AI-enabled workflows, and commerce. At Sportstech, I owned activation and retention for 174,180 freemium users and 12,401 subscribers, helping grow subscribers 81.9% YoY.

I pair field research and behavioural data with practical execution, from an AI Coach that reached about 2,000 DAU to a real-time cocoon bidding workflow that lifted transaction value by more than 35%. I've also led cross-functional teams, shaped pricing and renewal experiences, and shipped ML-assisted pricing and AI localisation workflows.
