What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, contribute to a shared organizational goal, and continue learning and growing alongside the organization.

At TTEC, I investigate suspicious customer transactions and identify risks including account takeover, chargebacks, money laundering, and fake accounts. I also review fraud trends and recommend ways to help clients mitigate them.

I analyze chargeback data, verify customer documents, and report fraudulent IP addresses. I’ve also suggested improvements to fraud investigation guides and workflows to reflect emerging trends.

Earlier, I worked as an Analyst (Voice + Non voice) at Taskus and as a Customer care representative & Subject matter expert at Teleperformance. At Dhruv Leisures pvt. ltd., I planned and booked travel arrangements for customers.
