At Sales Co Asia, I conducted candidate interviews, helped onboard new recruits, and built and managed a five-member field-sales crew. I engaged customers across financial and NGO campaigns, handling questions, objections, donations, and long-term supporter registrations.

I also trained new trainees in sales techniques and real customer interactions while tracking daily team performance. Alongside my sales and people-management experience, I bring a Computer Science Engineering foundation in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
