I’m committed to developing my expertise in Epic Clinical Case Management applications and am seeking work where I can support healthcare providers and resolve clinical application and workflow issues.

At NTT DATA, I provide Tier 1 technical and application support to healthcare providers using Epic and other clinical applications. I troubleshoot application, user access, and workflow issues, document tickets in ServiceNow, and escalate incidents when needed.
