I am seeking a remote or hybrid role in customer success or IT support where I can apply EHR and system administration expertise, improve processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

I am a proactive Customer Success Specialist and IT support professional with over five years of experience delivering technical troubleshooting and client support across healthcare and government environments.

I have deep experience with EHR systems (Epic), helpdesk tools (Jira), Google Workspace, Active Directory, and remote support tools, and I regularly supported clinical staff and field workers to minimize downtime and ensure accurate documentation.

My work includes leading Epic navigation and documentation efforts, supporting Epic upgrades, and administering user accounts and access while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
