What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can handle customer enquiries, resolve account and transaction issues, and follow up on open cases.

At Access Bank Plc, I handle inbound customer calls and emails about account status, transactions, and banking services. I verify NIP and NIBSS instant transfers and provide customers with accurate transaction updates.
