I’m looking for a growth-conducive environment where I can blend customer service excellence with HR and administrative support, take ownership with minimal supervision, and keep improving—contributing through problem-solving, strong communication, and reliable reporting.

I’m a highly-motivated professional with proven People Relations capability across Human Resources (recruitment, onboarding, engagement) and Customer Service, supported by strong administrative execution. I’m known for a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and adaptability—especially when working unsupervised and learning quickly.

In my current Customer Service role at Buwelo Africa Ltd., I solve complex inquiries for US customers using English fluency and cultural competency, helping ensure a seamless brand experience and reduced escalation. I consistently meet KPIs (Average Handle Time and Productivity) and exceed Customer Satisfaction, while using enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management tools to document interactions accurately.

Earlier, I supported HR operations as an HR Intern at Sunda International, assisting with recruitment and selection (CV sorting, scheduling and conducting interviews, candidate communications, offer letter processing, and onboarding). I also conducted orientation and training sessions for new recruits and tracked probation performance for reporting.

I’ve also strengthened my administrative and compliance mindset through roles including Office Manager/Treasury Head at Gracefields Chapel and HR/Administrative Assistant (National Service) at Electricity Company of Ghana. These experiences sharpened my attention to records and reporting, including minute writing, memoranda distribution, attendance tracking, and pre-auditing that reduced financial discrepancies.
