I'm managing global customer operations at Yokohama Off-Highway Tyres, supporting 15+ European customers across order management, supply disruptions, pricing disputes, and service delivery.

I own end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, from order processing and fulfilment through pricing coordination, credit/debit notes, AR management, dispatch, and customer escalations. I also lead a five-member customer operations team and drive approximately EUR 90,000 in revenue through cross-selling and upselling.

Previously at Galaxy Surfactants, I served as the single point of contact for seven international customers, coordinating sales, logistics, finance, planning, warehouses, and freight forwarders to execute global orders accurately and on time.

Across manufacturing, specialty chemicals, and BYJU'S, I've built dashboard reporting, strengthened SAP master-data governance, improved operational visibility, and resolved complex customer issues through practical cross-functional coordination.
