I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my analytical skills in a collaborative environment, focusing on data-driven decision-making and compliance.

I am a dedicated network policy analyst with over six years of experience in the health insurance industry. My journey began at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, where I earned my B.A. in Speech Communication in May 2019. Since then, I have honed my skills in data analysis, compliance, and provider negotiations, contributing significantly to the organizations I have worked with.

Currently, I serve as a Network Policy Analyst at Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA), where I develop financial impact reports and analyze data to support provider negotiations. My role involves collaborating with various business areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, resulting in successful planning and management of our provider network. I take pride in my ability to lead interdepartmental initiatives and provide oversight on network monitoring activities.

Previously, I worked as a Project Support Coordinator and Contract Specialist, where I promoted wellness initiatives and developed processes that increased network participation.
