I lead financial, grants, HR, and data management for NYU Abu Dhabi’s Center for Brain and Health, while driving outreach, communications, and stakeholder engagement for center operations.
I’ve led the Center’s startup project, served as Business Continuity Owner and Champion, and chair its Logistics & Outreach Executive Committee.
Previously at NYU Abu Dhabi, I delivered HR transformation projects through requirements analysis, process improvement, quality control, compliance, and reporting. I also managed employee relations, grievance and disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, performance management, and HR governance.
My earlier work with Etihad Aviation Group combined strategic HR advisory with policy development, workforce implementation, and systems projects including Rostima time and attendance. I bring PMP, CRA, CIPD, ITIL, and HR and organizational psychology credentials to cross-functional operations and change initiatives.
