I’m looking for an IT role where I can troubleshoot end-user and datacenter issues, manage tickets, and support operational uptime—combining reliable documentation, security-focused practices, and clear customer communication.

I’m an IT Support Professional experienced in technical troubleshooting, end-user support, incident resolution, and operational support in fast-paced environments. I focus on diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating clearly with users of varying technical backgrounds.

In my current role as a Data Center Technician II at TEKsystems (Contract), I troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connectivity, and system issues to maintain operational uptime. I install, configure, and maintain servers, network hardware, and peripheral devices, while performing break/fix support, root cause analysis, and change management in line with operational procedures.

Previously, I supported deployment, configuration, and maintenance as an Asset & Inventory Data Center Technician at Salute, managing asset tracking, inventory records, equipment provisioning, and lifecycle documentation. At American Express as a Customer Service Specialist (Remote), I served as the first point of contact for technical and account access issues, performed first-level troubleshooting, and ensured compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards.
