What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can build ETL pipelines and BI dashboards, ship machine-learning models, and turn data into actionable insights—collaborating effectively in asynchronous teams that value measurable KPIs and decision support.

I’m a data professional with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and ETL pipelines, and I currently deliver end-to-end analytics for a retail shoe chain of 15 stores (remote-compatible). I build machine learning models for sales forecasting and inventory optimization, then operationalize the results through dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio with real-time KPI updates. I’ve also structured the company’s analytics function from scratch by establishing the first formal KPIs for sales and production areas.

I approach analytics with both technical depth and leadership discipline: I’m comfortable translating stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes, whether through automated exports for logistics teams or reliable data modeling. I’m currently completing a Master's in Analytical Data Intelligence at Universidad de los Andes, strengthening my decision analysis, visualization, and machine learning foundations.
