At Project Catalyst, I led an eight-person innovation unit through a 10-month technical build, using Python-based logic modeling and data-driven analysis to coordinate work and meet milestone deadlines. I translated high-level specifications into accurate functional milestones and supported the platform’s official launch under tight deadlines.

I build clear operational foundations through standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and precise timeline documentation. My experience includes reviewing, structuring, and validating qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and errors that improve AI-driven automation accuracy.

Through the IEP Ambassador Program and Rotaract Club of Debo, I supported needs analysis, community-impact reporting, logistics, inventory management, and volunteer workflows using Python, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. I’m looking to apply my attention to detail and process discipline to ITSM operations and AI Copilot initiatives.
