At Rhino Entertainment, I lead the integration, optimisation, and evolution of the CRM technology stack, managing customer engagement projects from planning through implementation. I coordinate CRM, product, and technology stakeholders while improving lifecycle and retention processes.
Previously at Games Global, I led Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and optimisation projects, including workflows, dashboards, automation, integrations, and roadmap planning.
I've also delivered global CRM campaigns at Publicis Groupe, built cross-sell strategies at LeoVegas Group, and led automated retention and behavioural-trigger programmes at William Hill.
