I am an IT professional who blends hands-on technical support with IT project management to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure and smooth user experiences. I thrive on coordinating cross-functional teams and driving implementations from planning through deployment.

At Nefab I manage Office 365 and Exchange administration, coordinate IT implementations for new locations and acquisitions across the Americas, and handle SOC alerts and MDM/MAM support. I am responsible for network administration (installing and maintaining CISCO Meraki hardware), hardware procurement and deployment, and maintaining Active Directory integrity.

In event operations I serve as Event IT Manager on Duty, supporting help desk requests, OKTA administration, and PBX/VoIP systems to ensure uninterrupted event services. I bring a practical troubleshooting approach for both local and remote printer, endpoint and network incidents.

I hold certifications including Google IT Support and Networking Essentials, and I am fluent in Portuguese and English with limited proficiency in Spanish. I look to apply my mix of technical depth and project leadership to teams that value operational reliability and clear communication.
