I’m an Information Technology Support Technician and IT student pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology at Macomb Community College. I focus on resolving hardware and software issues quickly, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and continuous learning.

In my current role at New Haven Community Schools, I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and technology-related issues, and I install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices. I support staff and students, assist with classroom technology and educational software, and manage technology inventory and equipment deployment.

Previously, as a Crew Member at McDonald’s, I delivered exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, handled cash transactions and point-of-sale systems accurately, and worked effectively as part of a team. That experience strengthened my problem-solving and reliability—skills I bring directly to technical support.
