At NuSource Financial LLC, I built a PMO from scratch, setting delivery methods, workflows, and governance while coaching eight Project Managers and a Project Coordinator. I also cut Move/Add/Change cycle time from 80 to 20 days.

I led the teams responsible for purchasing, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and field services behind customer projects across 14, then 20, states. I designed and rolled out the Remote Resolve service model, eliminating 5,000+ annual truck rolls while keeping NPS above 85 every month.

Earlier at LIFE TIME, I managed AV implementations across 150+ sites and built an in-house design, delivery, and support team that cut replacement lead times 75%. At Cross Telecom, an Arrow Company, I led a Lean initiative that cut inventory 70% and freed $3M in cash. I’m a Six Sigma Green Belt and hold ITIL Foundations.
