What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product-oriented software initiatives where I can modernize platforms, build and mentor high-performing teams, automate complex workflows, and deliver scalable solutions through strong engineering and Agile practices.

At NBCUniversal through Wizeline, I lead the migration and modernization of legacy Ruby on Rails applications used by thousands of global users. I design cloud infrastructure, automate CI/CD, migrate data and services, and mentor teams toward scalable, secure, maintainable systems.

Previously, as CTO at Mi Compa Seguros and Hatch Startups, I led teams building startup products and automated the full car-insurance lifecycle through chatbot-driven workflows. We built microservices that handled sales, FAQs, documents, policy issuance, collections, and renewals across WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, SMS, and email, scaling toward 10,000 policies per month.

I've also led engineering work at Conekta, Creditas, Apple, Nexu.mx, Thomson Reuters, and Daimler Financial Services & Mercedes-Benz. I combine hands-on development with product delivery, team design, recruiting, mentorship, Agile practices, and data-driven decision-making.
