Managed UI/UX for customer-facing domains with a team of 4 developers, co-led scalable service architecture, and launched a greenfield Customer Member Portal while conducting conversion-rate research on bot/click-farm analytics impact.

Improved ACA (Affordable Care Act) subsidy calculations by researching U.S. federal regulations and shipping new features that increased accuracy for thousands of users. Stabilized critical user flows by resolving complex full-stack bugs and performance bottlenecks, and handled production incidents through on-call rotations under SLA.

Managed a cross-functional team of 14 (7 developers, 2 QA, 3 DevOps, 2 analysts) across government digital infrastructure projects, owning architecture design, deployment strategy, and sprint planning. Established code review processes, optimized development workflows to improve release predictability, and conducted technical hiring interviews while mentoring junior team members.

Built features for a remote medicine platform tracking arterial pressure and cardiac events, improving performance by optimizing SQL queries across patient datasets. Contributed to an internal CRM for call management, notifications, and medical staff client history.
