I’ve built my career around customer service for about 20 years, starting out as a door to door salesman with above average success. I’ve also worked in the merchant accounts and advertising space, sharpening how I approach customers, conversations, and follow-through.

For the last 11 years, I worked at Home Depot as a sales consultant for 7 years, maintaining a 30-35 closing rate. In this role, I took care of clients both in person and at scale, focusing on consistent client support and strong sales outcomes.

For the last 4 years, I worked remotely in customer service, continuing to manage customer needs and maintain the same level of responsiveness. I’m comfortable supporting customers, staying organized, and driving engagement through clear communication and follow-up.

I bring practical tools and real-world experience, including Salesforce, Outlook, and fluent Spanish. I enjoy roles where I can combine customer engagement with sales consulting to turn conversations into results.
