What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Sales Operations, Account Management, or Technical Support role in an international tech environment where I can improve workflows, solve technical customer needs, and support reliable fulfillment.

At KRUP, I manage end-to-end B2B and B2C fulfillment, processing 500–1,000 monthly orders through i6 ERP/CRM while coordinating invoicing, packing, shipping, inventory, and dispatch.

I also translate complex customer requirements into tailored quotes and technical solutions for IT hardware, networking, and camera installations. Previously at IML, I built and led a 30-member sales team, onboarded 15+ representatives, and supported subscriber growth, retention, and recurring revenue.

I bring hands-on technical knowledge, analytical workflow improvement, and Generative AI tools to sales operations and customer support.
