What I'm looking for

I seek roles leveraging my Lingala/French/English expertise to improve language data quality for AI, emphasizing accuracy, collaboration, and impact.

I'm passionate about languages. Since my childhood, I've always been at ease with learning new languages. This path led me to learn English, and to this day, we've never parted ways.

Due to my mastery of Shakespeare's language, I had many opportunities. The position I'm currently occupying as a Technical Customer Service Agent at Waricel is just one among the list of what the English language has helped me achieve. More than just the language, I'm passionate about the culture and the impact of this language on people's lives.

I'm currently learning other languages to add them to those that I already master (French,English,Lingala). I truly believe that being a polyglot is a tremendous accomplishment and therefore it opens countless doors to he or she who can become one!

So I'm hitting the road to strive towards this goal. But at the same time, I'm trying to help people by providing the best customer service available in different languages, whether in French, English, Spanish, or Lingala.
