I’m a customer operations and key account professional with nine years of experience across Italy, China and Denmark, and I’m now looking to move into a management role in operations, key account management or customer success, ideally in an international setting.
Today I handle key accounts and the Labs team at Lindberg, covering the Italian, British and Dutch markets. I coordinate larger orders with brand ambassadors, manage Labs orders and certification, and keep documentation accurate. I also onboard and train new colleagues, which has shown me that I enjoy building a team’s capability as much as solving the problem in front of me.
Process improvement has been a thread throughout my career. At Ria Money Transfer in Rome, I helped revise and implement the office’s procedures when COVID-19 restrictions sharply increased our workload, and performance ended up better than before. I also improved communication between the central office and local agents, which sped up bank reconciliation and simplified debt collection. At la Rinascente, I supervised international shipments worth over €100K per day on average and proposed Alipay and WeChat Pay to improve the experience for Asian customers.
I work in Italian (native), English (C2, TESOL) and Chinese (C2, HSK5), with basic Danish. I lived and studied in China for three years, including on a full scholarship, and I understand how expectations, communication styles and business culture differ across markets.
My M.A. at the University of Copenhagen was research-oriented. It trained me to analyse complex material, spot patterns and argue a position clearly, skills I bring to decisions, reporting and problem solving at work.
Outside work, I’m drawn to languages, translation and the history of cultural exchange between Europe and Asia, which is also what my research focused on. I’m looking for a company where I can lead people and processes, grow a multi-market operation and keep using my languages every day.
