At Sanofi, I launched our first user-persona AI agent, a natural-language assistant for the IBP process that reached 2,000+ users in its first month without a formal rollout. I’m also scaling the Supply Chain Metrics Store from 5 to 100+ KPIs and designing its semantic layer.
I lead a team of 11 delivering the Metrics Store. Earlier at Sanofi, I built an AI-based supply chain decision-support app that delivered €300M+ in out-of-stock reduction and grew to around 4,000 users.
Before Sanofi, I worked in demand planning and forecasting at GSK, Sanofi, and P&G. I’m now looking for a data product role where AI agents are first-class users.

Own the vision, roadmap and delivery of Supply Chain Analytics data and AI products. Launched Sanofi's first user-persona AI agent, scaling the Supply Chain Metrics Store from 5 to 100+ KPIs in 9 months.
Drove the vision and delivery of new AI-based and digital products across the Supply Chain ecosystem. Built an AI-based supply chain decision-making app that delivered €300M+ in out-of-stock reduction and grew to ~4,000 users.
Built analytics tools from business requirements to support data-driven decisions. Supported 20+ planning-system site deployments and automated GBU mapping, reducing processing time from 90 to under 10 minutes.
Supply Chain's single point of contact for Marketing, Commercial and Customer Service; led S&OP for the business unit. Delivered 101% sell-in and 104% sell-out SPP across 300+ SKUs and 22 markets despite COVID-19 impact.
Owned demand forecasting for a portfolio with $51M+ in annual sales in a supply-constrained environment, achieving 70%+ forecast accuracy and Days Out of Stock below the 2.5% target.
Took ownership of Brazil, the company's largest LATAM market, reaching 90%+ right-first-time compliance within 3 months. Led product number extension to Chile and knowledge transfer of the LATAM Data & Analytics team.
Redesigned the Business Operating Planning process across all LATAM countries, achieving 13% improvement in year one and 100% compliance. Delivered a forecast 2.5% more accurate than the market estimate.
