What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex, data-driven digital transformation and operational optimisation programs, applying practical project and change management to deliver business value while coaching teams.

I've led digital transformation programs for the Federal Department of Justice, coordinating an EU-funded €89M portfolio spanning AI-supported judgment pseudonymisation, virtual hearings, identity and access management, and digital case files.

At Roularta Media Group, I guide implementation of SaaS content-creation software and initiated a SaaS solution for curative and preventive maintenance management. I also launched a new International Post Corporation service that helped member Posts improve cross-border mail and parcel operations through data analytics and on-site observations.

Across bpost, Landmark Global, Toyota Motor Europe, KBC, FedEx EMEA, and PwC, I've delivered customs-clearance, e-commerce, CRM, contact-centre, trade-finance, and after-sales technology initiatives. My work has included European rollouts, supplier management, portfolio coordination, process optimisation, and leading multi-party delivery teams.

I take a practical, hands-on approach to complex environments with many stakeholders. I combine Prince2 Agile, change management, Agile Scrum, analytics, data modelling, forecasting, Oracle SQL, and recent training in AI strategy, Google Cloud machine learning, and Python programming to help teams deliver measurable value.
