At International Post Corporation (IPC), I led AI adoption initiatives from concept through planning, content development, stakeholder review and publication. I also developed an AI use-case roadmap and delivery timelines, and coordinated stakeholders, vendors and PMO around governance and delivery.
At Trendminer, I led requirements discovery through stakeholder workshops and user interviews, translating business and user needs into prioritised roadmaps, backlogs and solution requirements. I coordinated delivery across business, product, data science, engineering, architecture and external technology partners.
At CNEXT, I developed concepts, presentations and pitch decks for senior stakeholders, investors, events and funding opportunities, including Web Summit. I also coordinated solution design with technology partners and supported responsible AI requirements for decision-intelligence systems.
Earlier, I worked on business and data analytics consulting for Hazelheartwood (Toyota Motor Europe), evaluating a maintenance-prediction system and contributing strategic input to a people analytics project. I now manage an independent coaching practice and facilitate communication and conflict-resolution training using Nonviolent Communication.
