At Impulsum, I lead Antorcha, a platform for monitoring, reporting and verifying gas flaring and venting for oil and gas operators in Venezuela. I took it from discovery to live iOS and Android apps, giving operators one place to track emissions and support regulatory and ESG reporting.
I work directly with operators and service companies to map field workflows, regulatory requirements and data gaps, then turn those findings into product scope and pricing. I defined Antorcha’s product vision, MVP scope and technical architecture, and guide its roadmap across web and mobile.
At MercadoLibre, I led development of core microservices to optimize shipping promises and coordinated ML-based model rollouts. That work increased shipping promise accuracy by 17% and reduced errors by 6.3%.
Earlier, I delivered customer-flow solutions with bank clients at Debmedia S.A. and led e-commerce and software projects for U.S. clients at Grupo Link C.A. and Adamantio C.A. I’m PMP-certified, hold a CSM certification, and have a Software Engineering background.
