Diego Navarro

I lead an Argentinian remote engineering team while coordinating delivery across multiple startup priorities.

I've taken a data-validation platform from requirements gathering through product ownership and architecture, while also planning the core product, redesigning the corporate website, supporting two Shopify brands, building an internal documentation portal, and creating demos for professional clubs.

I work by understanding the problem deeply before anyone starts writing code: mapping business needs, constraints, system connections, and risks into concrete technical plans. I’m comfortable moving between architecture, execution, and people leadership as the context requires.
