I’m seeking an Inbound Phone Sales position where I can use my customer service experience and automotive knowledge to help customers find the right parts and solutions.

At O’Reilly Auto Parts, I assist customers with finding the correct automotive parts and products by answering phones, discussing repairs, compatibility, and product options, and using inventory and parts lookup systems daily. I’ve also been trusted to handle register overrides and assist with store operations.

Before that, at Grimlock Garage, I picked up and delivered automotive parts for shop repairs and helped locate the correct parts for mechanics and customers—building hands-on experience with automotive repair and shop workflow.
