Charles Davis
@charlesdavis2
Automotive service and parts professional focused on clear communication and customer trust.
What I'm looking for
I’ve built my career in automotive service and parts by making communication and trust my priority. I use my mechanical and automotive knowledge to explain things clearly, break repairs down, and put them in a priority order—especially when customers are working within a budget.
I’ve handled wide-ranging dealership parts and service responsibilities, including wholesale and retail part sales, order placement, shipping and receiving, and inventory control. As a Parts Manager (H&B Karmakanix), I handled all aspects of the parts department, and I focused on improving how parts were found and managed when the business needed stabilization.
In customer-facing roles, I’m known for strong phone presence and follow-through. I’ve supported technicians and the sales department by improving the customer’s comfort and helping ensure parts needs were handled accurately, even in high-change environments like the software learning curve with CDK.
Most recently, I’ve been working as an Independent contractor inspecting vehicles on individual assignment and creating reports sent to the client company, and as a Battery Service Technician replacing batteries at the customer’s location. With my physical limitations, I’m now actively looking for something where I can work from home while still applying my customer communication strengths and solution-focused approach.
