At Vanguard, I built the infrastructure, playbooks, and agent tooling that help Financial Advisor Services Technology teams integrate AI into their delivery lifecycle. I deployed a 31-agent fleet, navigated production AI security governance, and created workflows that cut operational risk documentation from hours to minutes.
I also designed and delivered an AI enablement program, with workshops, training, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations across four cohorts. The program grew recurring attendance from 9 to 29, while my Definition of Ready analysis showed that 90% of high-wait-time tickets failed readiness evaluation.
